i think i solved my problem. i have a black top injector. i didn't pay any attention up til now because i thought they would be the 2g black top. i've searched and found the part numbers for dsm 450 inj. and mines didn't match up right. the two dsm inj. part numbers are:
1g b450l inp-009
2g mdl450 inp-018

mines are b240h inp-053
does anyone know what these are?

i did a search on the board for the part number and it turns out these are dsm 240 inj. instead.

i thought it would too, but i need new injectors so how does these look?

i need a set of injectors, but i can't find any locally, went to the junkyard and no luck.

on the new injectors the guy told me that i didn't need the resistors, will it hurt if i leave them on?

I take it that you have a obd1 chassie. If that is the case, then you do need an rezistor box. If you runing your set up in a obd0 chassie then you don't need the box, cuz you should allready have it, unless the car was a dual point, in which case they don't have a rezisotor box.

so yea you do need a rezistor box, or you run the chance of screwing up your inj's or ecu.
