Default Frustrating CEL problem

HI,
I am ripping my hair out trying to figure out a problem with my ecu. I have a chipped p06 converted to vtec, which when plugged in with a J1 jumper, gives me a solid cel. If I unplug a sensor, like the VTEC sensor, the ecu will give me a code for that sensor. If I plug the sensor back in, I still get the cel until I unplug the ecu and plug it back in again. The thing is if I pull the jumper on J1, everything works fine. Now I know what youre thinking, that the chip job is bad, but my first ecu was chipped by xenocron. At first, i desoldered all of the chipped areas of this ecu and resoldered the connections. When I plugged that one in again, I am now in limp mode. I bought another ecu and chipped that one, but I get the exact same problem, again it goes away with j1 cut. I am burning my chips with a Burn1, Crome, using a stock p30 map with knock sensor disabled. The car is a 95 dx with LS/Vtec and 450 dsms w/resistor box. Is there any settings in Flash n burn that i may be messing up to get this error? I am using SST 27SF512 chips. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there anything outside of the ECU that could be causing a problem to arise only when its in chipped mode??
Thanks

Take acetone and some cotton swabs and clean the ---- off the back of the ecu. I had a problem almost exactly like that a few weeks ago. The ecu was fine with J1 cut but threw solid CEL with it resoldered.

Well, I cleaned up the board and reburned a chip, still have the same problem. I did notice that when key is on/engine off, I put the J1 jumper on and all of a sudden I started hearing a high pitch whine, which I traced back to my injectors, so i'm thinking maybe that my 450's could be fucked. I'll be replacing them with stockers when I get home. BTW, are 92-95 civic injectors 240cc like LS injectors??

yes, but 92-95 injectors are HIGH impedance, no resistor box

Yep, I put the resistor box in at the termination plug coming from the drivers side firewall, i'll just remove it and reconnect the yellow/blk wires back into the termination plug, which i imagine just grounds all the wires going to it. The really big mistake I made was changing more than one piece of hardware at once, ie, I swapped the motor, chipped the ecu, and installed the 450's all at once. I SHOULD have done each step one at a time. Oh well, its been a learning experience. Its really killing me because I have all the parts collected to go turbo, but i'm really held back by this ecu problem. I just want to leave work now and work on it!
thanks for all the replies!

Well, what I thought was the injectors buzzing is actually the IACV. Is there any reason that this would be giving me a solid cel only when J1 is jumped and not when it is in normal mode??
