you would need a obd2-obd1 harness as well, forgot that. sorry

(about $80-$120)

not to be a dick but Honda-tech.com has the obd2-obd1 harness for $75...check it out....

I replied in your other thread...to me seems Hondata is your best bet.

You can buy the ECU with OBD2 plugs wired right in as well from your local dealer.
