Default EEPROM compatablility

fist of all this is for a OBD II VR6 Ecm

i was wonder what EEPROM is usable for chipping, the chip that need to be replaced reads: SCL4402-V4
ive searched and found that exact chip bot no EEPROM that is compatible

thanks

here's what i have found on it so far
http://www.chipdocs.com/datasheets/d.../M27C1024.html

although they dont have a listing for the 80c6 k , most of them are either UV or OTP
if there is a 806k that is UV i'd be happy but i cant find info on the speed of the chip

I am pretty sure my brother has done something like this. I will give him a call and ask him.. I need to get some parts from him anyway.
