Re:DIY-wide band kit *pics*
I have the same kit, I bought 2 PCB's and one parts kit for $30 altogether. I'm trying to figure out a way to scale the voltage down and use an autometer A/F guage as a display, but i'm not sure if it's directly proportional (0-5v as opposed to 0-1v) any insight would be apreciated

If you build a circuit to scale the voltage and it works, let me know, i'll test it on mine too.

we'll see, I need to figure out whether it is proportional or not, I guess I could do it and go to the dyno to calibrate it. but it seems like there would be a mathematical way to do it you know?

I'm looking at the Vout table, it looks difficult to scale that between 0~1 volts. Are you sure it's 0~1 on a a/f gauge? It'd be a lot easier if the wide band started at like 2 volts and stopped at 3.

Nice post stan.. I hope that 02 is still good, no offense.. but most people with hondas mess with their cars and run in limp mode and so on... and run to rich and that messes up the 02.. So if everything doesnt work smoothly.. question the 02 sensor. Good job on the do it yourself project though

you could use an op-amp and a voltage reg to divide the voltage. Think: maphack
