hey guys i just finished desoldering the chip off and man i tell ya its a pita! Dont use that desoldering sucker plunger-mabob, it works for sh*it. Use a desoldering wick much cleaner too.


oh yeah almost forgot. anyone going to the homemadeturbo meet on august 2nd? I want to know who has ghettodyne so I can ask a few questions. Anyone with a burner too. thanks guys see you at the meet!

 

solder sucker on the bottem, wick on top. did mine in 20 mintues. after i destroyed one computer already.

 

I just used desoldering braid on all of mine. I can have a ECU chipped done in 15-20 minutes.. Very clean.
