Default Crome on a MacBook?

Will Mac OS run Crome, or is it written for windows only. The readme for Crome free didn't say and I was planning on getting a MacBook for school come August but I need to be able to tune my car.

*and I just remembered that the new Intel architecture lets you run windows on the MacBook.
