Default carb legal

Is there an engine management system that is good for turbos that is carb legal in NC on a 98 honda civic ex?

If you want a carb legal kit you are gonna have to drop 3k on a greddy or edelbrock kit.

this is HMT dog nothing is carb legal unless youre talking about an actual carb in racing classes. convert back to obd1 and call up BFE and get you a sticker for hella cheap.

NC still has emissions inspections and what not. i said carb meaning emissions. you didnt have to be a dick.
