Is there an engine management system that is good for turbos that is carb legal in NC on a 98 honda civic ex?

If you want a carb legal kit you are gonna have to drop 3k on a greddy or edelbrock kit.

this is HMT dog nothing is carb legal unless youre talking about an actual carb in racing classes. convert back to obd1 and call up BFE and get you a sticker for hella cheap.

You don't have to be an idiot either..Just get your setup tuned good with whatever system you decide to use and as long as you have a cat and aren't idling at 12.1 you should pass echeck.
