does your turbo spin at idle or when you rev in neutral? can you hear it spool while you are driving? hell, can you spin it by hand for that matter

At idle nop but as soon i rev a little on neutral it spins, but if i rev doesnt have so much air pressure from the turbo, almost null, i think it needs to be running to create some air load, because when i start to move the car the car only bogs at low rpm or if i rev it on neutral.

Maybe a turbo problem?

you wont create much boost at all at idle because of the way a turbo works. pull your plugs and see how they look, do you have a wideband? since you said its blowin coal check your air fuel ratios...sounds like youre too rich. just try taking 1 maybe 2 % out of that section of your map and see if it gets better.

Right now im using my old FMU 12:1 again at 6 psi, and yes my plugs are smoked, but what you think if i lower the fuel pressure with a FPR? or another way to increase the quantity of air the turbo send at idle?

increasing how much air the turbo flows at idle is both inpossible(without a new turbo) and unnessecary you need to take fuel OUT not add more. put your computer back on with a WB and stop dickin around and tune that bastard!

How do you know your timing is good? did you check it or are you just saying it's good? Mine had the same symptoms, ended up the timing belt had jumped on me...

Done, i went to the yunkyard and i pick a volvo turbo .42 .48 for $25, so i change the thunderbird .48 .60 for this new volvo .42 .48 and now the problem gone, the car doesnt bogs anymore and runs like a bitch, but i use a FMU at 6 psi only.

So the problem was the turbo itself.

Now i have a question.... i have my 450cc and chipped ecu with a bin at 11 psi for the old .48 .60 turbo, i know i need to retune, but what happen if i still use the same bin at 8 psi?, i will be running rich or lean maybe?
