Batronix e(E)prommer burner problems

Default Batronix e(E)prommer burner problems

I can't erase 27fs256 flash rom.
To erase they the software says to disconnect IC2 74HC393 pin #4 from pin #24 of the EPROM and to connect pin #24 to pin #1 on the programmer socket....
How do i do that
Anyone ever had to do this?

Hey Sem, I know the 27c256 is erased with a UV light, maybe these 27fs256's are the same. I'm not totaly sure though. I'm still just learning about ecu programing.

the 27SF256 are flash rom's, but i tossed mine...I broke it
I got me a 27C256 UV rom
I got it chipped runs ok.
To put a new bin ...do I have to erase it first?

For the UV one? Yes I beleive so.
