It looks a bit sloppy to me. it might work. but it looks like it converts the ecu to OBD1

I've yet to see one running a car.
The current consensus at PGMFI is that it cannot work due to design limitations of the ECU.

I have tried contacting them regarding this like 4 times with no responce so if there product is as good as there customer service it's proably not.

yeah, i was amazed when i first saw it, basically it just allows you to chip your obd11 with a 28 pin eprom, that sure would solve a lot of problems, but then i though for a minute and wondered why i had never heard anything about it. good idea though
