I had mine dropped down to -34 at 3500rpm at wot and it was only around 13.5:1 afr God i really hate these vafc's :P Top end of my rpm usually blows a cel for the map sensor...-28 @8psi @ 7500rpm...somethings fucked up

I would trust the wideband over the AFC. Take the plugs out and see what they look like. If it looks like it might actually be rich, take some more fuel out. I don't know how much you can actually "tune" an AFC to perfection though.
