WTB Uberdata or Chrome ecu with a basemap

This is actually for a friend so here is his car's info

91 crx si with a b16

450's
t3 tubo
FMIC
bov
"vafc2" but he's selling it
3'' exhaust
7lbs spring in the WG

he has the conversion wires so he could use the obd-0 or obd-1 ecu's. Anyone in the MD,DC,Nova area that burn chips and tune please hit me up

I used xenocron for my first turbo setup and never had a problem....I just wanted someone local or closer to MD,va or nova
