It must be obd1 it must fit b series and not be too shitty, thats all.

Where did you find the whole thermo housing for $20 shipped? This is the cheapest acura parts I found and you are look at a around $50 + shipping and thats the housing without a new sensor...all you should need is the thermo cover with the sensor in it should bolt on the same as the OBD0 covers which is $12 new and the sensor is around $30

I'll send you just the housing with the sensor ( the plastic is broken but still has the 2 prongs sticking out, I used it and worked fine till i replaced it with a better one, for $11 shipped

A suggstion if you do decide to replace the whole housing get the new O-rings #18 in the link, mine leaked like crazy after I pulled the housing off...
