HE351VE actuator

I only need the electronic actuator if this is an HE351VE turbo. Most people throw it away and stick a wastgate actuator on it anyway, will you sell it to me?

That completely defeats the entire point of a VGT. If you're going to lock the vanes you should use an HX35 instead.
