T3 Manifolds

T3 Manifolds
Hi, I don't know if any of you guys remember my CNC machined turbo header which was cut from solid steel but perhaps Jeff can post the pics again if you didn't see it.
I am working on the second try now and it should be kick ***! This time I am going to Tig weld the halves together as the bolted version caused some problems. (bolts seize!!)
The header will place the turbo flange 6 inches from the head and holds the turbo at a 40 degree angle swung back towards the engine. I am hoping to run off at least 5 of these headers as machining time gets a little expensive if I only do one or two at a time. I can promise that the flow will be awesome spooling the turbo super fast. The header is going to be indestructable and quite the work of art. I am offering these at cost for $350 US on a limited basis to get the numbers up to an economical level to move the project forward. I know that this is still a lot of money for most of you (me too!) but this is a top quality product and I'm sure some of you must be looking for the best rather than the cheapest. This header is going to make anything else look stone aged. If you wonder how well such a manifold works you should check out Kenny Trans civic which runs the 1320 at almost 180mph. They tried equal length pipes and found that a short manifold was still better!!!!
Should be machining in the next 2 weeks so hope to show pics of the new incarnation soon!
