how much for the header piece and the w/g flange with pipe shipped to 68776, send me a pm, also do you have pics of how the turbo sat in the with the stock header ??

 

This is pretty much how it looked in my 89 b16 hatch...


Just keep in mind it will have to be modified to fit a t3/t4 style turbo, and the turbo will have to have the compressor side facing the passenger side framerail...a downpipe will be a bitch if you have no fabrication skills. The t3 pictured just barely fit in there. It's pretty much a flat rate build...if you got yourself an old header or stock manifold (a 4-2-1 style) you can build one of these. 1 1/2" mandrel bent pipe from the Home Depot electrical dept. (1 1/2" conduit ), a piece of flat stock steel to make the flange if you don't already have one, and even a flux-core welder will do the trick. And for those of you hatin' on the flux-core, all the welds in the pictures are flux-core with no grinding. I would suggest checking the fab section for the "sinktrap" flat-rate build for those of you with EG platforms.

 

what trades you looking for for the apexi bov?

 

I'm looking for either gsr headstuds or an ls/vtec kit...or at the very least the dowels (you know...the trick ones that are stepped in size so I don't have to machine my b16 head ) and maybe the lines too, although I have a -----ton of AN line laying around to make my own. Or anything else that might be beneficial for my ls/vtec build.

Sounds interesting...what, how, and where would I ship it to? You're talking about the magnaflow muffler correct? I know you said you have a zip code of some sort so shipping wouldn't be too drastic...explain the details to me, 'cause I like the sound of this deal.
