no, i wanted the height to be between 5-6 inches so i dont have to hack at my bumper support.

I was just trying to figure out a way to save money. i wanna buy a FMIC for like $175-200shipped and if makes it short, he uses less material and i get it for my asking price. :P

Well if you really wanted one shorter I could do that. Depending how I cut the core the intercoolers will be either right about 7" or around 6.75" Will that not fit under your bumper cover?

Hey Todd ...If Bigwig and I ordered a 5 inch intercooler from you..you can chop a 10 inch core in half..that way it would be cheaper for us and you won't have a wasted 5 inch core ;). I don't know how much for the end tanks...but what do you think about 150 shipped in the states for that and $180 to the Netherlands...for me ;) let me know....

Yeah guys I have been getting nailed with people interested.. Thanks to everyone ------ing the word. For you guys wanting 5".. Your gonna be saving $20 worth of core. So unless your worried about fitment is gonna be much easier for me to just keep a standard size.

I'm figuring in $25 dollars of shipping in my cost. If you guys from Canada or anywhere else want one no problem we will just settle up on the shipping then.

I just talked to one guy about these intercooler. he said that liked the 30x7. he should contact you within a week or so. Todd, did you get my PM from H-T?

are the inlet and outlet tubes on the end tanks as pictured? they look a little short and don't have a bead at the end like most.

also, if you don't mind my asking, who makes the core? there are a few companies out there right now who do and a couple of those I've heard good things about, others i've heard horrible things about.

Hey Todd. If there's a group buy, I need one to fit my 90 CRX HF. I need just the $225 intercooler. I'll have a ton of money in March. I just wanna know when the next group buy will take place...
