New front mount intercoolers for $225 shipped
I have been talking about these intercoolers and I finally have my supply worked out. Here is an example of them.. This one is 30x10x2.6 and will be $275 shipped. The 7" tall one is $225 shipped. If you have any questions let me know.

Come on Todd, give us the details of the material, welds, etc..... 
Are these made in America? Man, now we definately have to have a dyno test with all the available HMT intercoolers. Nah, I think I care more about construction/durability than 1 hp at 6659 rpm. They look real nice. Good job.

I have one in stock.. I hope to have more on hand shortly.
What would you like to know.. they are all aluminum.. welded by me.. I beleive the cores are made in the usa..

Do you pressure test them? I plan on running 56psi. 
Have you tried fitting these on civics/crx's yet? uh, do you pressure test them? What are the stickers on the top? Can you take a pic of inside the hole? I love hole. Thanks

The cores them selves are pressure tested to 150psi before I get them.. I have not worked out a method of testing them once they are complete.. I normally just cover one end and blow as hard as I can in the other.. if it doesn't leak out its good. Everything is fully welded and the welds are nice.. There isn't anywhere for it to leak.
The stickers came on the core when I got it.
I have not mounted one on a crx yet. Just my integra and an Eclipse. If you look at my site there are more pictures. www.overblownmotorsports.com
