Holset H1C Turbo
Hey there,
This is my first post,. and I'm not proud of it being in the for sale section.
That being said, I've got a decent Holset H1C turbo for sale. It is the non-wastegate version from (what I believe to be) a '89-'93 Cummins 5.9. The compressor seems to be around a 45-50mm inlet. No chips in the compressor wheel, bearing feels very smooth and doesn't seem to have any endplay. I'm sure its usable as-is. I have never run it and bought it off ebay a few years ago for a project. As usual, the project never formulated, and now I've got a new project (5.0T) and woudln't ya know it...the turbo is too small!! Damn. I think I paid $250 for this a few years ago, and I'd be willing to part with it now for $150 + shipping. I'd also entertain trading + whatever $$ for an HX40. If you're interested...please lemme know. I have been told that the map for this turbo is nearly identical to a Holset HY35...its just from an older line of Cummins diesels. Pictures available to those interested.

A little more info on the turbo

There are 60mm compressor wheel upgrades available for $250 online...if I don't sell this, I might just go that route. Shoot me a PM if interested.
