Seems like if you went too all the hassle of rebuilding it you should have just had them swap on an hx-40 wheel ran a restrictor and called it a day.

But bump for a good price on a 500whp turbo.

I've been running a 1/16in restrictor. Turbo was fine for around 2 years, then it went poooooof. Just too much pressure I guess. I'm going to make a smaller restrictor as DMC1 suggested and stop being a ----- and just try it. SALE IS ON HOLD TO VERIFY if its the seals or the oil pressure just so I dont get mis understood

---- that ---- sell that thing... PUT THE 6262 on it. Its the most inmtelligent decision youve made with the car yet.

He wont eventrmotely need them for his power goal... The Precisions with a decent pump are MORE than enough for 600 on the H22 (Ross made 637 on the very pump I had in my car before it ---- the bed and we replaced it).... With a 255 HP I made a bit over 600. Be a waste for him right now trying to save money and all...

Im moving to them... Have everything for the Setup... SHould be starting the manifold this weekend hopefully. Waiting for this kid to pick up my Precisions Friday. Chris will have Paypal Monday. Going for 700 this Spring.

Well see how much more can be made on the new Bosches ( That actually flow closer to 1600 ccs at 90ish psi rail pressure ) on my current fuel system (Its pretty much maxed with the Precisions and 42 PSI base pressure). Think Ill run a 65 PSI Base pressure to start, I dont think it will yake much more than 30 PSI of Boost on the T04Z to get to 700.

Think Ima need to do something about fuel though... Hope to make 650 on what I have - also moving away from Crome to ECTUNE - but after thenew setups all up and ready Cars getting caged and after that Ill worry about a fuel system... And trying out an Auto tranny..

LOL

Told me hes looking for 550.

Even If he tries for 600 (Which Id expect at around anything north of 26ish PSI if its tuned well), Hell have more of an issue with the stock fuel lines and current pump being the limiting factor at that point... NO reason he shouldnt see 500+ on pump at around 18 PSI either.

Precision 1000s are plenty

Hell still be fine with what he has, no need to go bigger... The money would be better spent stuffing either 2 HPs in the tank and running a -8 ish feed and usin g the stock for a return or another updated pump/line plan. At that point, I believe the 1000s would possibly be enough to just about max the turbo out.

YEAH you got it for sure, remember I still need to install all new energy suspension bushings in my front end still. And at 600WHP thats crazy on the street, even the 360whp on the street in my car is fun enough. I'm going to let Dave decide on how much over the 550 mark he wants to shoot for. Then save that map for another day. LOL and just rock a 550 for slicks and back it down to 400 daily. I want to enjoy the car again. Not keep on rebuilding my trans. RIGHT SPIKE, lower it and save yourself that straight cut for a resale and get the ppg syncro box.
