Damn straight. Mitsu turbo's have pinner little shafts and will ---- themselves as if on que. Even with the 360 degree thrust bearing and outboard thrust collar; they still get unhappy at boost levels that big shaft turbos can reliably sustain.

That's an old bastard *** Hahn creation. People raved about them when they first came out like 12 years ago because the only thing available was a normal 16g, a $1200+ 20g or Frank, or a "full Garrett" set-up as they called it back then. Now any of the bolt-on t3/t4's will decimate one.

All Hahn did was Frankenstein parts off the Syclone 17c or maybe 19c turbo's and what looks to be a 15g compressor cover with a 16g wheel stuffed into it. All that 10cm housing does is increase the top end, but it hurts spool. So what you get is a laggy little turbo that does alright at high boost levels, but isn't reliable up that high so it's kind of like an oxymoron. Or like a sheep in wolf's clothing. Or like the 5'5" guy who wears platform shoes to appear taller rofl. If you're gonna go T3 flange may as well go Garrett IMO. It is a piece of DSM history though, so worth more than $150 haha.
