Torqued once? What does that mean?

i thought you only torqued head studs once ?? i could be wrong

torqued once means they torqued the head down...and used once...the car was never driven

no, you can tq arp's down plenty! they don't stretch like the oem one's, that's what that rule is meant for, oem. 70 shipped is a good price, i just bought some local that had been tq'd once for 75.
