Well, on one hand you're one of the nicest guys on the planet, from all I can tell. On the other... You're number 1 poster here and how often are you in a turbo car, even as a passenger? If my comment stung you, maybe you should man up and do something car related with all the free time you have?

I dunno, I feel half embarrassed for saying that to you, Danno, but I said it without thinking because I'm pretty sure it's the truth. I overreacted and pointed that out in a harsh fashion because the last thing that needs to happen on this planet is one of the last clean ED chassis goes to you (instead of xeno) to do nothing with, and then sell to a local riceboy to ruin.

Don't have the room for even an extra car right about now, although I could make room if I really wanted (and although its been considered, I think the rule of thumb is that buick fwd's probably dont make good boost project daily drivers). Although I do have 95% of the turbo parts for a D series, thats why I was thinking this might be good. But then again I don't even think I'd have the money for both.

Have I ever done a MPFI swap? No. Can I learn? Yes. I tend to learn quickly and I wouldn't have a problem with staring at wiring schemata for a while seeing what I need to do.

I just don't need my ***** busted every single time something technical comes up, thats all really. The fact that you even insinuate that I'd do nothing with the car then resell shows your high regard for me. If you must bring up the Accord project, I did my part, it's not my fault the owner has taken 14 months to decide if he wants to wrap it up or not.

Hell, all I asked is if it needed an ECU. The way he worded it sounded like he fubar'd something with the ecu itself. A simple "It needs the kinks worked out of the MPFI swap Danno" would've sufficed proficiently, I mean really.

And regarding the free time... why do you think I want the car? Other than your apparent conclusion that I'll buy it to resell to said riceboy (which is entirely inaccurate). I want to get a car to be a project of my own. A clean chassis like this could easily last me many years and many different screwups.. I mean setups. You don't find many clean honda's around here, and when you do, they're usually 6x what I'd be willing to pay.

Its not the ecu its the fact the car was wired up wrong. b10,b12 most likely crossed. There have been more dpfi cars messed up converted to mpfi than clean crx's left in the world its nothing new.

Honestly, if you took off this week (because I'm on spring break now), I live in PA and I'd go with ya.
