I'm not sure how you expect me to garrentee it's new out of the box...I haven't used this one and my buddy doesn't have problems with his(and it pulls like a ****). My only guess you wanna see some sort of vouch on my end, my ebay username is 05drakec go check it out....lmk

 

no its just i want to make sure that it is brand new out of the box and not new refurbished out of the box catch my drift there is a differance between the 2

 

I was told it was brand new from Garrett, it looks so, I believe it to be so. If this turbo is rebuilt, then yes, a rebuilt turbo isn't like 100% brand new turbo, but pretty damn close. I do not plot around to scam or rip people off with a turbo, I don't sell things I wouldn't use myself. If your so concerned about it, maybe you should go buy a new one from Garrett yourself...

Tru, but aren't new t04 turbo going for 600-900 dollors plus shipping? And I'm asking 400 plus shipping and paypal fee for the t04b and an extra housing, it's still a deal
