Yeah, mostly because I want to get rid of everything in one shot. I've had a few local people trying to get some of the parts off me, but I don't want to deal with the hassle of parting everything out. Last chance nukkas...get's listed tonight.

I'm just waiting on a call back from him right now, he wants to come up thursday afternoon to do the title work and pick some stuff up. If he doesn't actually come through by next week's time I'll let you know, but it looks like he's pretty serious about it.
