yes the housing can be rotated.

as for vouches I dont have any on hmt. I do have some on honda-acura.net also the admin (94civicEx) is my neighbor and best friend. I have an ebay account however only 1 feedback but it's positive

you want to trade for a apexi N1 cat back... minus the axle back piece... so from the cat to the axle? its used with about 30k on it

yes I would be interested in that. do you have any pics? so its just from downpipe to axle? My cat is in my exhaust mani so that might make a difference
