AS stated, wastegate housing with the actuator for a T3 turbo. I'm not sure which flange type it is but i can provide measurements (and pics) upon request so you can be sure it fits. I also have no idea what the actuator is set at but i'm assuming it's something reasonable (prolly like 7 psi). Also comes with the E-clip, so you can pretty much bolt it on.
