i have a set of aftermarket evo injectors, they are 550's, possibly 560's. The clips were trimmed to fit in some civic injector plugs, and fit nice and snig, but would still fit snug in an evo again im sure. The problem is that they are slightly too thick to fit in my y8 manifold. I could just drill out the holes in the mani a bit, but I just have the time to mess with it or take the mani off the car right now. civic seals fit right over them, just a little more snug than on the stock injectors, the problem that is the issue is that the lower part of the injector before the seals, inside the mani, are too thick. So it looks like you could shave out the inside of the mani and probably be able to get them to fit and still be able to get stock injectors to fit back in again. However I am short on time, and dont want to risk messing up and being carless. (I used to have a spare y8 IM I sold a few months ago, if I still had that I would deff use that and wouldnt be too worried)

I can look these up again, but I believe they are about $250 injectors or so. They look to be in great shape, and the guy I got them from said he had them in for about 5xxx miles if I recall correctly. So pretty new, nice injectors that could work great if you can put a little work into it.

Im taking a good loss on these most likely, but just wanting to get the car on some injectors bigger than stock soon. So I would like to trade for some great shape dsm 450's or im willing to sell them for close to the same price as some mint shape 450's. I would prefer a trade, but will take something close to $85

Just a quick question...how are they aftermarket Evo injectors if stock Evo's use a 560cc injector? Might want to just edit out the "Evo" part.

Hey you got me, I have no idea why, but they are 550cc and are made for an evo. However did some of the earlier evo's have 510's maybe?

 

All depends on the year...first few years of Evo's were the standard 4g63/small 16g setup until the Evo 3, so they could be made for that.
