geeze, you couldn't have done that sooner? I already went through a police report because IC3 required them, now I have to call them back and cancle it.

as for the ic3, I can't close it instantly, there's a 60day holding period on it, then it'll be released.

---- it. Leave it up to him to prove his innocense. I don't cancel Paypal investigations once they are opened. Even if the person swears they are sending it. You can't reopen the investigation, so just let it ride and let him work it out. It isn't a big deal to fix a paypal claim if you actually shipped it out and everything.

Well, I'm waiting on paypal's response right now. They are waiting on a response from the scammer. If I'm not refunded I'm filing Internet Fraud on Josh Gauld or whatever his name is....
