I know ppl use water injection to cool combustion cambers so boost can be increased, but is there any power increase or benefit for someone looking to spray only. I'm running 10psi on my b16 and dont want to increase boost but more power is always welcome.

 

Usually the power increase will come from being able to run more timing at the same boost or more boost. On a car with a small sidemount intercooler or no intercooler at all you will usually see nice gains and much better consistancy from the drastically lower intake temps without making any changes. There used to be a dyno sheet floating around the VWvortex from a Gti Vr6 with a Vortech V1 Strim. He gained about 17 whp without upping the boost. If I remember right his egts also dropped by well over 100 degrees.
