Sprung means the disk hub has springs in it that will absorb vibrations for the engine. It will basically sound a bit smoother overall. Yes i do ship to Canada. I have just what you need

i will need a 6 puck kit capable of holding 275 ft lbs tq for a cable series b16... and can i also get a price for a lightened flywheels and how much it weighs. thanks
