New K04 Turbo for 1996-1998 VW Passat TDI and Jetta TDI (96-99.5). This is a much larger turbo than the original T15 or K03 turbo that came with the TDI. (This is not for 1.8t engines). Look at the much beefier exhaust impellor as compared to the T15 turbo. The intake output is a full 1/5 inch larger than the T15! If you have chip tuning and want to experiment with larger injectors or a larger fuel pump, this turbo will make a big difference. This turbo will bolt up to your exhaust manifold, exhaust system, and oil lines just like your current turbo does.
