Default k03/k04....should i?

i recently aquired a k03/k04 turbo for free, along with some other misc ---- for it

i will be boosting my stock D16A6 shortly and since i got a free turbo i figued why not use it. eventually i would like to use a T3 super 60, but my idea was to buy a manifold for a T3 and make an adapter for the K03/k04 so i dont have to buy 2 mani's.

everyone has told my this turbo is too small an doesnt have any top end, but i am not understanding if you can make over 200hp on a 1.8l why would it be too small for a 1.6?

here are the specs from the car it cam off of

Engine Code
AWM

1.8L (1781cc)
Cylinders
4
Valves per cylinder
5

Models with this engine:
Differences: Injector size, intake manifold volume, variable cam timing, hybrid K03/K04 turbo, different cat outlet diameter and overall length, plus other misc. "improvements" to keep the 1.8Ts output from encroaching on that of the V6.
