Yes I can do one but I will need the manifold you are using so that I do it correctly.
Why would you need the manifold to make a downpipe? To answer your question, I plan to get one of your D-series log manifolds. Is it just me or is that exhaust outlet strange for a T3?

I could do you a manifold like you are talking about. I would prefer to do one of my own style not someone elses though. Let me know if you are interested.

If the manifold isnt one of mine chances are the downpipe would be very off and wouldnt go where you need it.
That is the internal wastegate housing found on t3 turbos. If you take it off you have the 5 bolt side of the turbo with a hole in it which is blocked off when using external wastegate and one of our flanges.

The price will greatly very on complexity of design and how close you want it to actual equal lenght.
I could put you together a elf style manifold that is 2 runners equal and the other 2 runnes equal for $300 pretty easy but if you want something like a ramhorn the price will go up a bit.

can you make a side view picture of the log manifold? i just want to see what angle the turbo inlet flange is. i notice that it's not striaght down more like at a 45 degree more or less from what i can see, and if that's so, then this manifold is perfect for me since i won't have to clock my turbo (which is being a bitch right now :P), just waiting on my tax return to come in then i'm in store for a b-series logmani, and 5 bolt dp flange.

Gotcha - thanks for taking the time to answer my questions (and everybody elses questions). I will be bolting up that turbo to one of your log manifolds (no external WG port - I'll be staying internally gated) and using a DP flange that looks like:

I'm assuming any competent welder could fab me a 2.5" downpipe that clears the manifold?

yes as long as you arnt trying to keep ac with the internal wastegate the downpipe shouldnt be much of a problem.
