I live 30 minutes from your shop. I drive a 95 Integra LS (B18B) I want to use my TDO5H turbo that of course has an internal wastegate. But I want to use an external wastegate and keep my A/C. To get rid of the internal wastegate would you just weld the outlet shut or do you have a better way to do it?

Price Check:
A/C Compatible Manifold (for TD05H "14B" I think)
External Wastegate option
Down Pipe

What Else do I Need in terms of the exhaust side?

What is the purpose of a dump tube? where does it go... I'm a certified toyota technician of 2 years. I know my cars but don't know custom turbo systems too well.

The dump tube just connects to the external wastegate, so it can dump the exhaust gasses.

How much willa mani/dp/dt combo be for a 97 Integra LS with a b18b. T3 flanged and Tial 35 mm externally flanged. I'm looking to keep the stock long radiator, and a/c, if it's possible. I am going to be taking out the power steering though. I like the handling wayy better without it anyway :P.

The 5 bolt dp I'm sure would have to be 2.5" to clear I'm sure, but could you do 2.5" > 3" with a flex pipe welded on, and extra O2 bung for Wideband. How much will this combo run me? I'm looking to be ordering soon hopefully if nothing comes up when my checks come. Thanks.

Ac Compatible Manifold cost $200 shipped
Ac Compatible 2.5-3" downpipe with flexpipe and 2 o2 bungs cost $250 shipped
there are 2 ways I can do the dumptube.
I can either run it to atmosphere for $75 or I can vent it back into the downpipe for $100 so that you can pass emissions and have a quiter ride.
shipping on dumptube is free.

Manifold, Downpipe, and Dumptube will all be constructed of 1/2" Mild Steel Flanges, and 304 stainless tubing.

james, this might sound like a stupid question, but on your flanges, what are they tapped out at? meaning what size bolt do i need? -i dont want to carry a manifold into home-depot looking for the right bolt. :P

also, on the t3 dp flange do you have these in stock, and ready to ship?
