wouldnt omitting ceramic coating knock off a good chunk off the price? any plans for a bseries with 14b flange that clears a/c?

if you sandwich the two pieces together and its tig'd on the outside, how do you know if the runners will leak across to eachother?

The halves have precision interlocking sections which extend into the other half. the weld keeps them them together and ceramic coat fills whatever is left!

not to bash you or anything but i assume your talking about billet aluminum and i don't think that would hold up too well considering its melting temp. but maybe it would be ok with a ceramic coating. hmmmm

Manifolds are steel and still only weigh in at 8.5 pounds. I will be trying aluminum as well though. Been using one on my own Civic for almost 10 months with no trouble.

I will have some install photos quite soon. However I am down to two manifolds from the initial five and the price will have to go up for me to make a profit! The price I am asking is almost the exact production cost.

To be honest at $350 its a pretty good price.. Any higher and it quickly loses its appeal. If you can get more pictures up or if your interested in working out a deal, I would be interested in puting together a kit based on your manifold.. I would like it to fit b series and work with an external wastegate.. I would build the downpipe, intercoolers and everything else.. If you would be interested Im me.
