people on here cant afford a $400 turbo kit, let alone a $400/month car payment + insurance.

Cooling Off period only applies to door to door sales, not a car dealership. At least in Canada. It might be different in the U.S.... when you buy a car in the U.S. dont you drive it away the same day??
