I may need to port match and grind that bottom edge that's flat. Do you think the smaller set of holes is too small? Hopefully the bolts can handle the heat and weight.

sorry if this is a stupid question but, is this a flange that i could take and put at the end of my oem honda header and it would bolt up to a 14b so i wouldn't have to use the dsm manifold.

You don't use a DSM manifold. Find a manifold from a CX, VX, HF, or STD. Then get an adapter plate for a 14b, T25 etc for it. I will not be using a DSM manifold at all, just an HF, a 14b, and a plate.
