Questions on my turbine wheel
I believe its a T31 housing .82 AR, exducer bore is 2.375
inducer is 2.5
exducer is 2.2
my goal is 400 hp with my current build and im concerned it may be too small.
ive seen the Maximum Boost chart that shows this should be ok... but id like
to hear some real world experience

It's plenty big enough for 400whp. I've seen numerous people make over 400whp with a .63 a/r turbine housing and T31 turbine wheel, so your .82 will definitely get you there if the rest of your set-up can.
