I saw a t4 turbo that has a 60 trim compressor housing ,54.2mm wheel /70mm inducer, with 57 trim turbine wheel, and 1.15 ar turbine housing, is it possible to put the 48 ar turbibe housing on this turbo, in order for to fit a t3 manifold, and will it spool at a reasonable time? please answer this question for me asap, ebay item thanks.

You asked if it will spool up in a reasonable amount of time, but you never state what kind of engine you have. How fast is reasonable? reasonable is relative.
