Default Turbo edit +ps9

I the next car I am working on is a b16 vtec motor. It is in an obdo car I want to stick with obdo.It is a manual. I have a ps9 from what I can gather I can chip this ecu and use the auto lock up solenoid out put to control vtec (one wire vtec)??

My other question is has anyone used this on a vtec motor. http://forum.pgmfi.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3378 So I opened it up and now have 2 fuel and ignition maps. Just wondering if it works?

One last qestion are all ps9 ecu autos?
