of course you can use a PS9 on a B16... as of yet i believe that the PS9/Turboedit is the only way for you to run an OBD0 B16 with boost. someone was telling me that you could run Crome/PR3, but im not sure if thats true?

Basically any OBD0 Ecu can be modified to accept a 'chip'

However, there is only free code out there that will run some of these ECUs

For example...there is no boost code for PR3/PW0 ECUs that you can modify in TurboEdit, only NA code.

The only code out these for OBD0 VTEC & BOOST for OBD0 is on the PS9. This is why for some I recommend converting up to OBD1 if your are running VTEC/Turbo.
