Hondata Tuning in VA ?
Friend has a older Prelude that has been converted to OBD-I and S200, and of course turbo. Just got a new head gasket on and he is looking for someone to tune or get a base map from. Not sure of the exact setup. In the Richmond area.

AR Fabrication in Winchester... but be prepared to leave your car there for 6 months and also be prepared to spend the dough to have 2 or 3 rebuilds. Back before he died Brian Arbogast (a former AR Fab employee that was fed up with Howard, the owners, bullshit) was the baddest tuner/Honda guy in VA.
Edit: Yeah AR Fab puts out some badass drag cars.. but they are Howard's cars. That mother ****** learns from the mistakes he makes on paying customers' cars. Another Honda/BMW tuner in Winchester is the guy that owns Braggin' Rights. I can't think of his name off the top of my head but I can get the phone number of his card in my wallet if you want it. He has a 95ish M3 on 18lbsish.. 550 or so hp I reckon and tunes a ton of Hondas.
