Bought it like this, no time to fix it as planned.

Specs: Garrett TB0344, .48 turbine housing, .60 compressor housing, 60 trim compressor wheel

No bends/chips on either wheel.
Center section has play, oil consumption unknown.
Turbine housing has two broken bolts (hence, its been taken apart to pull them out, no success here.)
Running condition unknown.
Has internal wastegate with ---- for welds (wish they were mine hahahahaha)
