BOTH THE A6 and the A1 have the same size rod and main bearing sizes so either one will fit. the Pistons are them same as well and by that i mean bore sizes and a=what have you . the A6 piston is flat and teh PM7 piston is domed.

thrust washers are the same aswell. the onlything that is differetn is the water pump. thats from a 88-91 civic not from a 88-89 teg.

the oil pump is also 88-91 civic as the 89 teg ones have different size snouts and what have you.

im in the process of rebuilding 2 motors so im goin to be in the garage for the next week or so.

building a bottom end is not difficlut ..ust read the manul and you should be fine.

For everything on the head you use 88-89 DOHC Integra parts. For the bottom end its the same as 88-91 D16 SOHC. The timing belt is from the 88 DOHC Prelude. The upper radiator hose is from an Accord but I can't remember what year.

Hey at that link I found this:
Head Gasket:
1988 Prelude; 12251-PM7-003

I used 88-89 Teg with no problems. Is that correct?
