I can't find out what all I have to have to pass tech I'm tryin to do the fun run a boti on the 31st anyone know where I could look thanks

 

any sactioning body's rule book ie; idrc,nhra ect. its all in there.

 

I did read the rule book but i coiuldn't find anything on windshields I'm trying to find out if I can run wit a cracked windshield

 

i ran at my local track with a cracked windshield but they didnt have tech.. i guess its all in how picky they want to be.

 

how bad is it? the last few BOTI tech has been reall slack

 

not to bad just one crack all across the thing

 

my local track doesn't let you run with a broken windshield. normally all you have to have is a battery tie down and all lugnuts oh and if your runnign nitrous it needs to be vented to the outside with a blow down tube

 

depends on the track, some are real strict the one I raced at when I lived in mn made sure all lug nuts were there, no cracks in the windsheild(they'd let it slide some), coolant overflow, battery shut off if you have a battery relocation, seat belt, snell approved helmet, and made sure you did'nt have any excessive leaks.

the track I race at in ky you pretty much pay, pull up to tech and they give you a number
