I got a bit of a problem.

In 2 months I'm gonna be relocating to Alexandria or Fairfax, VA, and I KNOW I'm gonna have to get my car inspected/emmission tested. Unfortunately, I have no cat. No cat=no inspection. Anyone know some, ehem, less reputable shops that'll slap a sticker on it?

oooh i hate Va inspections. i just moved from there and had to through that ---- every year, but i was in Va beach and used to go to this ghetto *** gas station and give the guy an extra $20 for the sticker. good luck and remember everybody likes money...

almost any shop in the country will just give you one for 20 bucks . i got mine from a muffler shop right up the road in charlottesville.

ummm, most shops in va will just take a look at the cat. so throw a heat shield on there somehow and they will think you have a cat on and just overlook that fact. after that just use the usual methods of passing the emissions test. good luck
