Default stripped turbine housing bolts - drilled out, now what

4/5 bolts snapped off in my downpipe side of my t3, i drilled them out but pretty much took the threads with em,

would it be best to try and re tap and new bolts, or re tap and get studs, and try to seal the studs in some how permanently?

1) Re-tap
2) Grade 8 Studs, Nuts, Lock Washers
3) High-Temp (blue?) Loc-tite

Sorry that happened to you; however, studs MAY not work because placement of the turbo. I.E. You may not be able to slide the DP over the studs due to tight/awkward location in the engine bay. Check that out first so you're not cussing yourself (and me) in the near future.
